Indoor cricket shoe
« on: October 15, 2017, 08:42:34 PM »

Never had any, but due to the amount of indoor nets i will be having i think it's a good idea to buy some.

For bathing and bowling.

What do you use? What would you recommend?

haha you might want to check your spec of what they are needed for hence the replies...Id assume you'd be wanting a rubber ducky type sole personally.

Is this a typo or do you actually need an indoor shoe for bathing?

Have a pair of NB ones, if you can get a pair in the sale over winter they're ace.

I must admit I have never really got the point of indoor cricket shoes. Unless you are playing proper indoor cricket matches or are a quick bowler maybe. Why not just were a decent comfortable pair of trainers?

If youve copped one on the foot from your quick wearing normal trainers you'd see the benefit. Broke a few metatarsels wearing trainers. Not broken anything since, and he has a decent yorker

It is a fair point and the protection thing is always the issue when deciding on shoes or trainers etc... whether indoors or outside.

I have always found that if i am going to get hit on the foot it doesn't matter what i am wearing its going to bloody hurt!  :( :(

I actually purchased a decent safety trainer as I have had 2 toes broken in separate incidents!
As a bonus, the brand is a bonus, although not the same TK as we know and love!
