@wayward_hayward and I discussed it a while back and he reckons it's a purist! Either way, it's a beast of a bat!

Ligament reconstruction @GeorgeB93  ?

Yes chap! Screwed it playing football and then decided to try and play again 6 months later. Did it all over again! Any recovery work I had done straight out the window

Feel your pain I had double ligament repair / reconstruction the back end of September so am in the middle of rehab at the moment. Like you this seasons probably too much of a stretch for me (I'm not looking forward to the end of April and being on the other side of the boundary rope).

Having had both knees reconstructed it's a frustrating period having to do the rehab and Physio. Had to pack in football at the ripe old age of 22 as a result as it took me a week to recover from a 90 min game.

Surgery techniques have prob moved forward now along with recovery times tho so fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.
