That is absolutely not to shock doctor's credit... Can't stand this kind of thing personally, the worst kind of marketing.

Fair enough, wasn't putting out an opinion on it just point out people, me included, refer to them as carbon fibre and titanium but they're not advertised as such.

Good god no ! Next you'll be telling me Shock isn't even a doctor !   :D

Not a medical doctor at least...if he was pretty sure we know what his speciality would be

You only have to look at the pictures to see it's a printed design.
Its only got the weave going one way.

I am not an expert, but I checked carbon flex box (and my son's) and they look like the real thing to me and not a plastic print.

Although I am surprised these haven't had a mention yet...

I've seen these on morrants website, does anyone know anything about them and if they are actually worth the money?

I have used Shock doctor and Nutty Buddy (both top class American Baseball products) and both are good for cricket. Nutty buddy provides a better impact protection & there are Sportscience Youtube videos of people demonstrating it by taking a 90mph hit 'there' from a meger 5-6 feet (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yV831oPwG8M) but it certainly takes time to get used to it - also I have realized that one needs to order one size bigger than nutty buddy's recommended sizechart.
