Great White 4 Fin review
« on: March 19, 2012, 08:44:11 PM »

I've used 3 shark bats now, them being the Limited Edition T20, The Hammerhead 4 Fin and now The Great White! All of them were superb bats! For this post im going to focus on the Great White 4 Fin.

I got it about a month ago and wow wasnt it a beauty! I went for a 2.7, simply because i prefered the slighty lighter bat, and i also had two heavy bats previously. Anyway, i got the bat the next day from ordering, once again i would like to thank the guys at shark for the wonderful customer service they gave me! First impressions were great, the bat was well packaged and all! But i didnt get a toe guard, not that i really care! The bat is gorgeous, the curvature is really nice and the nice middle is always a plus! I knocked it in, didnt oil it as the guys at shark told me it was already waxed and there would not be any need to oil it. Had my first net session yesterday and WOW, the bat is beautiful. A nice pick-up which is not too heavy, just perfect (for me), the handle is fine and comfortable as is the octopus grip, the middle is perfect, lovely for thos cover-drives and also beautiful when you wana smack one on the leg side for six! The ball pings off nicely and is undoubtedly the best bat ive had! Just gotta wait for the season!

So overall i am very pleased and would defineatly reccomend shark to anyone! I will have some pics below!

Upon Arrival:

Looks like you got yourself a ripper there mate!

Would it be possible for you to take a pic from the toe of the bat to see the level of concaving on it? Looks like a fair lot of concaving, which you would expect for such a light bat.
