That doesnt mean the PE bat from GM is necessarily a short blade (see also current Stokes PE and Root PE a few years ago). GM have never made a short blade PE but lining up the pics on their site suggests the Burns is a first for that which is presumably where the OPs question comes from. I guess they wont be making them any more though
