these?

Looks OK. Don't know how the Asics range works though, these don't look that expensive for Asics boots so I'm assuming they're the base model. Only ever used GN and Puma spikes.

I'm looking at the all-white Puma Keeeping Gloves on PDC. Must. Not. Buy.

The last couple of years I've noticed quite a few county pros wearing the cheapest shoe in the Asics range. Not sure what the model's called but it retails at around 50.

However, Asics don't seem to be the obvious market leader they were a few years back?

Last season I got a pair of Reebok trainers spiked up by Vitas.  The best shoes I have played cricket in. Well worth doing, simply go to Sports Direct and find really comfortable cheapish trainers then send them off. Vitas were excellent as well I must add.

Get you!

I know! Best Score Ever.

But I was talking to someone recently about my best game, through this in. I then remembered they had a player who refused to wear shoes and jumped on a horse in the field....

But the other 10 players were world class.....

I did look into this and have spoken to Jake about it.

Total cost is over 130 for the ones I currently have. Waiting for Under Armour to have a discount sale as an alternative to the Asics.

I had a pair of Reebok Classics spiked up by Ian Mason once. They looked amazing, but I felt very self-conscious in them. Especially when I fielded in my Burberry cap. ;)

Dont think you can look past a pair of spiked running trainers

Try and find a cheap suitable pair on MandM direct (sorry its not a forum sponsor) then send them to Vitas or (insert other sponsor here who has a spiking service) for around 30-35.

I've got a pair of Adidas Boost running shoes ready to go next season, all in for 70 which is cheaper than a decent pair of spikes these days.
