Good work again! Re. falling over - it's all about your stance. When you're preparing to face the ball your head is already outside the line of your feet, so when you try to move to the ball your balance will only ever lead you to fall over. Get whoever's feeding the machine to surprise you by not letting one go and I bet you'd have to take a couple of steps to find your balance again. Easy to rectify by making sure your stance is more balanced, not leaning out towards off - just straighten up a little to make sure your head's in the right place.

Towards the back end of last season I seemed to have fixed this by pressing forward on my front foot. It made me a bit slower on my back foot but the cut shot is the only one I play on my back foot anyway.

I was a walking LBW for half of last season, then after I changed it up i made a couple of scores. Seem to have regressed though as I havent picked a bat up since the season end because Ive been struggling with dizziness etc!

Think if I make a real effort to get back to my forward press stance Ill be ok!

Cheers mate, appreciate the help!

Great work mate, thats some serious effort to get from video 1 to the shots in video 2 in 12 months. Proves a point that sometimes instead of spending on new kit that wont improve your game spend the money on coaching and the results are for anybody to see from this video.. Top effort mate and should be aiming for a TON with some of the shots you can play now compared to 12 months ago./

Fantastic videos @NT50, the difference between them is amazing you should be very proud of yourself :)

It's sacrilege on this forum but I think it's better to have 1-2 bats less and spend the money on coaching, it'll help you score way more runs than a new bat.

Keep up the hard work, it's certainly paying off!!
