Hi

Not completely plain, but pretty close

https://www.blankbats.co.uk/shop/protection/traditional-batting-gloves/

Thanks Tai, they look pretty close to what I am after. I think I prefer the BAS style palms but they are great value and an option I hadn't considered. If you ever have some plain samples you would like to move on then I wouldn't say no :)

And generally what's the weight considered as light for county or test sausage finger gloves

Would likely be crica 360g in total both hands ?

360g for both gloves, or 360g per glove?

360g may be possible, but youll never find good quality gloves at 360g per pair - most are usually around 500g each for top grade protection

The ones I have are close to 500g, unless youre expecting zero protection then I highly doubt it...

Thanks Neon but I doubt it would be zero protection .. that's a bit extreme ..but do get your point ...

All this reminds me I really need to get my scale working again and then we can have a proper geek out like the pads weight thread 😀

The point of sausage fingers isnt to be light, it is all about protection. Ill be damned if 70g per hand extra bothers you and the Neon style sausage gloves are up there with the best

This was never about whether neon were good or not ... Not sure where your comment has arisen from ... Was just wondering the lightest sausage county or test level gloves weights were as your geek out comment above says

That would be interesting

Indian made unisex sausage batting gloves with excellent protection would be 414 grams per pair. (LH 192 grams - RH 222 grams)
