Its all relative to the market if u look at it this way. Lets say hypothetically about all the brands of the UK. If all of them had their best of the best grade bats priced around 420-450gpb then u would say its fair game. But if GM were to suddenly bump the price of their OLE grade to 750gbp then u could arguably say it is overpriced as everyone else is still selling their best bats for 450gbp.

The same in pakistan. Every other brand in pakistan have their best of the best graded bats priced between 35000pkr to 45000pkr some even lower. Enter Ca who suddenly bump their top grade rrp to 75000pkr. And that makes things very interesting

You need to take into account that they also have some high profile sponsored players. As you'd expect the y need to recoup the money. The other Pakistani brands don't need to recoup this money. I'm sure Eion Morgan cost them a premium as he could have gone elsewhere. Think you really have it in for CA  :D :D :D :D I'm just trying to be fair! I bet if tomorrow one of the boutique brands here sponsored a big player you may see prices rise  ;) ;) ;)

PS CA have a very good reputation too which you can't argue about! More so than the other Pakistani brands. Whether that is justified or not.

Sadly, one more topic was hijacked by this pointless argument. I am sure the person who started this topic didnt mean it to go this way..

I like CA bats, all those from reputable suppliers have seemed really nice. Secretly want an MB Malik Bubber Sher though...

Love Ca balls though. Their Super test balls are both cheap and right up there among the best of the best. Have opened them up too and the contents are same as ones found in kookaburra turf and dukes. So yea im not a dedicated Ca hater  :D

It would be interesting to know what market they are aiming for with a bat in that price bracket.  I have to say that my perception of CA is that they produce big bats that go from the start but have a short life span due to the moisture take out to get then down to a useable weight.  At that price range they are up against brands of a far more reliable reputation

This whole fully knocked in rubbish. I've never understood why a company of CA's calibre would put that on their bats. Absolute @$%%^;#!  Faran... see there's something that annoys me about CA ;)

Not sure if the actual price will be 600 pounds or not but the bats look as good as some of the legend gold bats I have seen. Definitely better looking than the SS Pro bats Eclipse All Sports usually posts on Insta. Before my Indian friends/SS fans get offended, I'm a fan of the SS player issue bats the 2 I have seen were really good, but they didn't look as good as these in terms of grain structure.
