I'm not sure there is a way to hide these cracks unless someone else can shed some light on this. The only sure fire way is to make the bat an inch shorter ;-)

I picked up another Powerspot today so will give before and after pictures before, during and after the refurb.

The cracks are old battle scars. They're characterful. No point in hiding them on an old bat. Even a well-refurbed one like this.

Looks a challenge. How are you going to deal with the fabric facing? Can it be peeled off and re-sanded? Will be interesting to see whether the grains underneath are same quality as your previous Powerspot without the facing...

I have finally got this back. Fully refurbished and re-labelled. It wasn't bad under the facing sheet. A couple of cracks that were easily sealed.
