Have to agree with everyone.  I bought a grade 2 from The Cricket Boutique. 14 straight, clean grains.  One small knot.  It looks no different in appearance to other manufacturers' grade 1++

Any updates on bat if you purchased from red ink or others. As you know we all like to see photos and read reviews of new purchase.

Here's an X* cleft I got from John, goes pretty well.

I also got a G2 off him which is about 60% heartwood, which is going to be an absolute gun; I'll get it back from being knocked in on the weekend and I'm absolutely itching to have a hit with it.
